We were able to get into First Class. The seat is a mechanical wonder. It fully reclines and has a built in video screen for movies. I chose 10000 BC as my movie. The food was great. Take a look at the pictures. It was a great flight!

Thanks for blogging this trip. I’m sooo jealous. The car rides that you described reminded me of the trips to the Italian Alps when I was a kid. With the tour bussed and all, yikes! The screnery is spectacular. Glad you had a good time. And you lucked out on the way home with 1st class. That made up for the long 12+ hours of waiting in Phillie I bet! Talk to you soon, Malarin
